Gym management software

Sell and renew memberships, check members in at the door in a second, and know every morning who to call, who owes and who has stopped coming.

SageBizet is free, browser-based gym management software that runs memberships, renewals and freezes, checks members in by number, card or name, tracks payments and what is owed, schedules classes and personal training, lists who to follow up today, and runs the front-desk shop.

What goes wrong without a system

  • Memberships in a notebook

Who is paid up, who expires this week and who froze for a trip lives in a register or a spreadsheet, and the desk finds out a member has lapsed only when someone thinks to check.

  • A slow door at peak time

Looking members up by hand at six in the evening builds a queue, and expired members walk in because nobody had time to look.

  • Money owed and nobody chasing it

Part payments and “I’ll pay next week” add up, and without a list of what is owed and since when, it quietly never gets collected.

  • Members who drift away

People stop coming weeks before they stop paying. Without visit history, the first sign is a membership that isn’t renewed.

A day at your business, with SageBizet

Open to close — where each part of the system earns its place.
  1. 06:00

    Doors open

Open the drawer with the float. The dashboard shows who is in, renewals due this week, overdue payments and the follow-ups waiting for today.

  2. 06:30

    Check-in

Members scan their card or give their number and are in with one key press. Someone whose plan ended is stopped with the reason and renewed and checked in on the spot.

  3. 09:00

    Follow-ups

The follow-up list has the morning’s calls written: three memberships ending, two payments overdue, a trial that didn’t come back. Each message goes out by WhatsApp or SMS in a tap.

  4. 12:00

    Personal training and classes

Trainers see their booked sessions; completing one counts it off the client’s package. Members booked into the lunchtime class are marked as attending when they check in.

  5. 17:30

    Evening peak

The floor count shows how full the gym is against capacity, while shakes, water and supplements go through the till and onto the member’s profile.

  6. 21:00

    Close

Count the drawer: membership cash is already in it. Insights shows income from memberships, training and the shop, attendance by hour and how many new members are staying.

What a gym can run on SageBizet

When a business signs up as a gym, SageBizet switches on a set of gym pages: members, memberships, check-in, payments due, follow-ups, leads, classes and personal training, with a gym dashboard and reports. The till, cash drawer, stock and team work as they do for every business.

The front desk

The check-in screen is built for a queue. The cursor stays in the search box; a card scan or a member number followed by Enter checks the member in. A member whose plan has ended, is frozen, has used their visits or is outside their plan’s hours is stopped with that reason, and the desk can renew, sell a day pass or let them in anyway with a logged reason.

Keeping members

SageBizet lists members who may be drifting away with the reason in plain words, such as no visit in 18 days from someone who used to come three times a week, or a plan ending soon with visits falling. It is a list of signals from visits, dates and payments, not a prediction.

Common questions

Is SageBizet free for a gym?
Yes. SageBizet is free during early access for gyms and fitness studios, with memberships, check-in, payments, classes, personal training, the till and reports included, and no per-member or per-user fees.
Does SageBizet handle gym memberships and renewals?
Yes. A SageBizet gym sells monthly, quarterly, annual, weekly and visit-pack plans, renews them so the new period starts when the old one ends, and freezes, extends, upgrades and cancels them with every change kept in the member’s history.
Can SageBizet check members in at the door?
Yes. Members are checked in by member number, a scanned card, their name or phone, and anyone whose plan has ended or is frozen is stopped with the reason. There is also a self check-in kiosk mode for a tablet by the door.
Does SageBizet bill members automatically?
No. SageBizet records payments in cash, card, mobile money or other, tracks what is owed and overdue, and can issue the next invoice for rolling plans, but it does not charge cards automatically.
Can SageBizet run group classes?
Yes. SageBizet gyms put classes on a weekly timetable with a capacity, book members in, keep a waitlist that moves up when someone cancels, and mark attendance when booked members check in.
Can gym members see their membership on their phone?
Yes. A SageBizet gym invites a member with a one-time code, and their SageBizet account then shows their plan, days left, visits, what they owe and the week’s classes, which they can book. It also shows a QR pass that changes every 30 seconds and works offline, so a screenshot can’t be passed around.
Can I import my members from a spreadsheet?
Yes. SageBizet imports members from a CSV file or pasted spreadsheet cells, matches the columns, checks every row first, and keeps each member’s plan dates and any amount still owed.
