Senders and receivers call the desk again and again, and the desk has to call the rider to find out.
Riders collect cash from receivers, some of it reaches the desk, and senders wait weeks for money nobody can account for.
Deliveries are handed out in a chat, messages get buried, and two riders go to the same address while another parcel waits.
Shops that send every day pay “at the end of the week”, but nobody keeps a running total of what each one owes.

Regular senders can have fees put on their account and settle when they pay, with what each one owes in one list.
A fee paid at the counter opens the till with the delivery linked, by cash, card or mobile money, with a receipt link.
A Rider role sees only the deliveries given to them; the desk books, assigns riders and settles the cash.
Fees taken in cash are counted in the drawer, so the evening count shows any difference the same day.
Fuel, motorbike repairs and phone credit recorded as expenses show what each day of deliveries really earned.
A delivery is booked on one screen: the sender (saved for next time), where to pick up, the receiver and their phone, the delivery address ending with the area, what it is and how many pieces, the fee, who pays, the cash to collect and the rider. Only the sender, the receiver, the address and the fee are required.
Each delivery gets a tracking link to send on WhatsApp. The tracking page shows the status with times (booked, picked up, delivered, or where it stopped), the receiver’s first name and the area only. The rider, the sender, the full address, notes and cash stay with the business.

Riders get a Rider sign-in that shows only the deliveries given to them. They mark a parcel picked up, delivered (with who took it and the cash collected) or couldn’t deliver with a reason. The cash then moves in three steps: collected by the rider, handed in at the desk, and paid back to the sender. The cash-to-hand-back screen groups what is owed by sender, with what is still with riders and still to collect, and a ready message to tell each sender on WhatsApp.
