Appointment booking and reservation system

Let customers book online, keep walk-ins in order, and see today’s front desk at a glance — for appointments, table reservations, rooms or equipment.

SageBizet Reservations is a free appointment and reservation system with a public booking page, services with durations and buffers, bookable resources such as chairs, tables or rooms, and a walk-in queue.

What reservations does in SageBizet

  • A public booking page for your business

Customers book from your business page without calling. You set the opening and closing time, how far ahead people can book, minimum and maximum duration, and which details they must give.

  • Built around what you actually book

Add the resources customers occupy — chairs, tables, rooms, bays or equipment — with a capacity, working hours and a status, so something under maintenance cannot be booked.

  • Services with real durations

Each service has its own duration and buffer time, and you can add cleaning time between bookings, so the calendar leaves room for the work that happens between customers.

  • Walk-ins as well as bookings

Run reservations only, a walk-in queue only, or both. The queue keeps walk-in customers in order alongside the people who booked ahead.

  • Rules for no-shows and cancellations

Set a no-show grace period and publish a cancellation policy on the booking page, so customers know the terms before they book.

How it works

  1. 01

    Add resources and services

List what can be booked — chairs, tables, rooms, bays or equipment — and the services you offer, each with a duration and buffer.

  2. 02

    Choose how you take bookings

Pick reservations, a walk-in queue or both, and set your hours, booking window, buffer and cleaning time, no-show grace period and cancellation policy.

  3. 03

    Share your booking page

Your business page carries the booking form and is listed in the SageBizet business directory. Share its link wherever customers find you.

  4. 04

Run the day from the front desk

The front-desk view shows today’s bookings and the queue. Assign a team member, check availability for a new booking, and log calls to customers.

One booking system for appointments, tables and rooms

A salon books a person’s time, a restaurant books a table, a car wash books a bay and a guesthouse books a room. Underneath, each is the same problem: a resource that can be occupied for a length of time, with rules about when and how. SageBizet models it that way, so one system covers appointments, reservations and resource bookings — and the same business can take bookings and serve walk-ins.

Settings that protect your time

  • Booking window — how many days ahead customers can book.
  • Minimum and maximum duration — so nobody books five minutes or the whole day by mistake.
  • Buffer and cleaning time — gaps between bookings for setup, cleanup or running late.
  • No-show grace period — how long you wait before a booking counts as a no-show.
  • Cancellation policy — shown on the booking page before the customer confirms.

Is SageBizet appointment booking free?
Yes. SageBizet is free during early access, with online booking, the walk-in queue and every other feature included, no credit card and no per-user fees.

Yes. Each business gets a public booking page where customers can book an appointment, a reservation or a resource, or join a queue, depending on how the business is set up.

Yes. A business can run reservations only, a walk-in queue only, or both, and the front-desk view shows today’s bookings and the queue together.

Yes. Bookable resources can be tables, chairs, rooms, bays or equipment, each with a capacity, working hours and a status such as available or under maintenance.
Does SageBizet send appointment reminders?
No. SageBizet does not send SMS or email reminders. It keeps a customer call log so staff can track who they have phoned, and the booking page can show your cancellation policy.
Can customers pay a deposit when they book?
No. SageBizet does not process payments, so bookings are made without a deposit; the customer pays at the visit and the sale is recorded at the till.
