Every litre from the tank to the nozzle to the drawer, shift by shift, with the shop on the same sale.
SageBizet is free, browser-based fuel station software that sells fuel by amount or litres at each nozzle, reconciles every attendant’s shift from opening and closing meter readings, checks tank dips against book stock, charges fleet fills to customer accounts by plate and runs the station’s shop on the same till.
The pump says more litres went out than the attendant rang up, and the shortfall is argued about at the end of the shift.
Tanks nobody can account for
The dip says one figure, the sales say another, and a delivery that came in short is only noticed weeks later.
Fleet fills in a notebook
Company drivers fill up on account, and the monthly bill is pieced together from slips with half the plates missing.
Price changes by hand
The price changes overnight, some sales go through at the old price, and nobody can say when the change was made or by whom.
A day at your business, with SageBizet
Open to close — where each part of the system earns its place.
06:00
Shift opens
An attendant opens a shift for their pumps with the opening meter readings. A pump can’t be on two open shifts at once.
06:15
Sell fuel
Tap the nozzle and type the amount or the litres; the other follows from the price. Add a drink or oil from the shop to the same sale and take cash, card, mobile money or a fleet account.
09:00
A fleet truck
The driver gives the plate; the fill is checked against the vehicle’s limit per fill and charged to the company’s account, with the driver and odometer on its statement.
11:00
Tanker delivery
Dip the tank before and after and record the supplier, reference and cost. The delivery is checked against the dips, and the grade’s cost follows it.
14:00
Shift close
Type the closing meters and test litres. Litres metered but not rung up count as cash owed, and the money expected by payment method is checked against what was handed in.
22:00
Day close
Litres and money by fuel, shift differences, flagged shifts and dips, low tanks and any shift still open.
Add each fuel grade with its price per litre or gallon to three decimal places, in your own currency; each tank with its capacity, reorder level and what is in it; and each pump with its nozzles, each drawing from a tank of its own grade, with their meter readings. Set the cash and dip tolerances and the quick amounts the forecourt offers. Old fixed-price fuel items on the till can be put away.
Selling at the pump
Tap a nozzle, then type the amount or the litres; the other follows from the price, and an amount is always charged exactly. Shop items go on the same sale, with one fuel per sale. Each sale takes its litres off the tank’s book stock, and a void puts them back. If the connection drops, the forecourt keeps the last prices and pumps on the device; cash, card and mobile money sales are saved and sent when it returns, never twice. Fleet fills on account need the connection.
Shifts that reconcile from the meters
An attendant opens a shift for some pumps or the whole forecourt with the opening meters; a pump can’t be on two open shifts. At close they type the closing meters and the test litres.

What it shows
Litres metered but not rung up
Cash owed, at the grade’s price
The shift’s sales by payment method
The money expected from the attendant
Money handed in
The difference, flagged when it is over the cash tolerance
Tanks, deliveries and prices
A dip is compared with the book stock and the difference is flagged when it is over the dip tolerance; the book can be set to the dip. A tanker delivery records the supplier, reference and cost, and is checked against dips before and after. A tank shows as low at its reorder level, or when it has under two days left at the last week’s pace. A new price applies from now on and goes in a price history with who changed it and why, and the margin per litre comes from the last delivery cost.
A price board page for a screen at the station shows fuel names and prices only, refreshes every minute and is public once setup is done. It can be switched off on the Prices page; the board inside the app keeps working.
What SageBizet does not do for fuel stations
Connect to pump controllers, automatic tank gauges or any forecourt hardware — meter readings and dips are typed
Process card payments — use your terminal and record the sale as Card
Fuel cards or loyalty for fleets, or a credit limit on a fleet account — a vehicle has a limit per fill
Send automatic messages
Print the price per litre to three places on receipts — receipts round it to two, and the total is right
Common questions
Is SageBizet free for a fuel station?
Yes. SageBizet is free during early access for fuel stations, with pumps, shifts, tanks, fleet accounts and the shop till included, and no credit card.
Can SageBizet sell fuel by amount or by litres?
Yes. On SageBizet’s forecourt screen the attendant taps a nozzle and types either the amount or the litres, and the other is worked out from the price. An amount is always charged exactly.
How does SageBizet reconcile a pump attendant’s shift?
SageBizet takes opening and closing meter readings and test litres for the pumps on the shift. Litres metered and not rung up count as cash owed, and the money expected by payment method is compared with what was handed in, flagged when over the tolerance.
Does SageBizet connect to the pumps or tank gauges?
No. SageBizet does not connect to pump controllers, automatic tank gauges or other forecourt hardware; meter readings and tank dips are typed in. Dips are checked against the book stock and deliveries.
Can fleet customers fill up on account?
Yes. In SageBizet a fleet customer’s vehicles are listed by plate with an optional limit per fill; each fill on account is checked against the plate and charged to the customer’s tab, with a printable statement. Fleet fills on account need a connection.
Does the forecourt work without internet?
Yes. SageBizet’s forecourt keeps the last prices and pumps on the device; cash, card and mobile money sales are saved and sent when the connection is back, never twice. Fleet fills on account need the connection.
