A product sold both ways gets a Pack option with a Single and a “Carton of 24” (or any size), each with its own price, barcode and stock. A carton and a single are separate stock lines, so selling a carton does not take singles off.

Setup can create a Trade customers group with its own percent off everything, applied at the till when one of its customers is attached. Sales put On tab go on the customer’s account, payments are recorded against it, and the Today screen shows what is owed in total and the biggest balances. More groups, promotions such as so-many-for-a-price, and store credit from returns are there too.
