Members, day passes, meeting rooms and the coffee corner in one place, with what each member owes always in front of the desk.
SageBizet is free, browser-based coworking software that sells desk plans and day passes, checks members in at the desk, shows how many desks are free, books meeting rooms by the hour and sells coffee and extras at the till.
Monthly members, weekly hot-deskers and day-pass visitors all pay differently, and the spreadsheet never says who is overdue until someone asks.
Is there a desk free
A visitor walks in and the desk has to walk the floor to see whether there is room, because nobody knows how many people are in.
Two meetings, one room
The meeting room is booked on a paper sheet or a group chat, and two teams turn up at ten o’clock for the same room.
Small sales that slip away
Coffee, printing and room hours are paid in cash or promised for later, and by the end of the month nobody remembers who owes what.
A day at your business, with SageBizet
Open to close — where each part of the system earns its place.
08:00
Open up
Open the cash drawer. The home screen shows how many desks are free, who is checked in and the rooms booked today.
08:30
Members arrive
Check members in by member number, card scan, name or phone. An expired or frozen plan is refused with the reason, and the desk can let someone in anyway with a note.
09:15
A day-pass visitor
Sell a day pass from the check-in screen and check the visitor in. The free desk count drops by one.
11:00
Meeting room
A member books the meeting room for two hours. The price is the room’s hourly rate times the hours, and it goes on the member’s account to pay with the month.
15:00
Coffee corner
Coffee and snacks are rung up at the till like any sale, and show on the member’s profile when a member buys them.
19:00
Day close
The day close shows check-ins, takings by payment method, renewals due tomorrow, unpaid invoices and room bookings with money still due.
The modules coworking spaces and shared offices use most
A coworking space in SageBizet runs on the same engine as a gym: members, plans with a price and a length, and check-in at the desk, in workspace words. Setup offers a day pass, a monthly hot desk, a monthly dedicated desk and a monthly private office (plus a weekly hot desk and a 10-day pass), each at your own price, and asks how many desks you have.

Members can be sold a plan, renewed, frozen or cancelled, with every change kept in their history. Each payment is a normal sale with a receipt, and what is owed and overdue is tracked per invoice. Members get a printable card with a QR code to scan at check-in, and the desk can run a self check-in kiosk on a tablet.
Desks free and meeting rooms
The home screen shows desks free right now: your number of desks less the people checked in. Meeting rooms are booked at the desk by the half hour within opening hours, for a member or a guest with a name and phone, and a room can never be booked twice for the same time. The price is worked out from the room’s hourly rate; it is paid at the till, or put on a member’s account.
What SageBizet does not do for coworking spaces
Show a desk map or assign a particular desk — there is one desk count
Count meeting-room hours included in a plan — they are only written on the plan
Take room bookings online — rooms are booked at the desk
Control doors, turnstiles or Wi-Fi access
Charge a card automatically — invoices are tracked and paid at the desk
